Well ever since posting on her myspace page she is NOT a diva. Rumors are surfacing again this time regarding her diva demands. Jennifer was tapped to perfomr at the Starbucks annual shareholders meeting in Seattle yesterday, but they dropped her because her demands were way out of control.

According to lovely TMZ.com here are some of the demands

-Five town cars for herself, hair and makeup artists, security and her assistant

- Humidifiers were part of the backstage demands

- baked CHICKEN WINGS at 10:00 AM.

Hudson on the other hand had no idea that these demands were being made. We're told her agent put together a wish list on her own, and it was sent over to Starbucks with Hudson in the dark.

Vivica A. Fox was released from jail early Wednesday after she was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence, authorities said. The 42-year-old actress was pulled over about 11 p.m. Tuesday after her Cadillac SRX passed a patrol car on the Hollywood Freeway at 80 mph 15 miles above the speed limit, California Highway Patrol Officer Leland Tang said. Fox was arrested after failing a field sobriety test, he said. She was taken to Van Nuys jail and submitted to two breathalyzer tests. "The test results indicate her blood-alcohol level was greater than .08 percent," the legal limit in California, Tang said.Fox was cited and released, and authorities will submit the case to the Los Angeles City Attorney's office.

Mel Gibson exploded in anger last night at Cal State University at Northridge in the San Fernando Valley. Gibson was speaking to a film class about his movies, and several members of the Mayan community came to hear the famous director. After Gibson's presentation, the crowd was allowed to ask questions. Alicia Estrada, an Assistant Professor of Central American Studies at CSUN, challenged Gibson, asking him if he had read about the Mayan culture before shooting the controversial film. Gibson said he had. Estrada persisted, stating that representations in the movie that the Mayans engaged in sacrificial ceremonies and had bloodthirsty tendencies were both wrong and racist. Estrada and others tell TMZ that Gibson exploded in anger, responding, "Lady, F**k off." We're told Gibson also became extremely angry when members of the Mayan community protested on how they were portrayed in the film. So I was able to get a sneek peak of I Love New York and I have to say this show is off the freaking hook. Just forget everything you knew of the New York from the Flavor of Love. She is actually really likable on this show and even her mother Sister Paterson. This will be better than The Flavor of Love. All thanks to one contestant Chance (the male New York), he is hilarious as well as Mr. Boston. Most of the men are GAY!!!!!!! I know it is too early to say something like this but I am serious. I watched this show last night and it is wonderfully off the hook. I am so happy for Courtney Arquette, not only does she look smokin hot in the TV Show the premise of it centers around what I love to do best, "GOSSIP" Seeing how she is famous, she knows exactly how this buisness is, how celebrities will do ANYTHING to keep there names in the papers. You people think it is all abou the paparazzi being noisey, sorry to disapoint you. Some of these stars leak there own scandolus information to the magazines. If you have look at Us Weekly or Life and Style and you read "a source tells us", sometimes that source is the celebrity themselves dishing on other celebrities and more. I really love this TV show because well it is real and scandalous and the first episode was soooo good. I can not believe ex-basketball star Rick Foxx did all of that in the first episode. I am not sure What the Hell is going on with Rihanna lately. I have not been a big fan of hers so I really have not followed her career, except the scandal of her "possibly" having an affair with Jay Z. Wether that is true or not who knows. I remember when she was a cute little girl showing her stomach. Now recently I have seen a lot of pictures of Rihanna bent over and legs wide open. I truly am not hating because I dance exactly like her at the clubs, winding hips and all. Critics are saying she is trying to be like Beyonce with the short shorts and heels because this was certainly not her image when she first came out. Most women from the islands are very comfortable with there sexuality and woo the hell out of men, "GIRL POWER" and it shows with Rihanna so maybe this could be the reason why the change. This is really how women from the islands dance and honestly i love the way they dance. My friend Kigen is hilarious but today she was compelled to write a letter to PETA. After reading it I thought it was the most hilarious thing ever. I am not against PETA at all what they stand for is wonderful, but the ambushing of celebrities have become really ridiculous. PETA actually responded very kindly to her letter so what can I say. Take a look at Kigens letter below. It is time we turned the tables on them.

Hello, I am just writing because I see many headlines about your organization blasting celebrities and companies for wearing fur or putting animal derived substances in consumer products. I just would like to know " what's the big deal"?. To be honest animals obviously were not put on earth to be the dominant species or they would walk, talk and defend themselves like humans do. Obviously they were not put into that role, so we as humans can do what we please! If we wear a little fur, then so be it. No one is hurting an animals feelings or devastating their family because some of them are killed for the sake of fur, leather etc. They don't even know the difference! There are so many more HUMAN RIGHTS issues that need to be addressed in the world such as starvation, hunger, homelessness, poverty, the list goes on.. Yet, money that could be used for these causes are being put into perserving animals who do not contribute; and who are not affected by any of these issues! It is a waste of money and valuable time. If the people in this organization were truly concerned about animal well being; you would also protest zoos, circuses, and any detainment of animals by humans at all. I'm sure if animals had emotions, they probably hate being captured or made into house pets; etc. Do you also promote letting animals run wild and free all over towns and neighborhoods? My point of this email really is to say that until ALL or most human rights issues are solved; animals can wait. Let's focus on world issues that effect us in the present, our children, and future generations to come. Thank you for your time.

DREAMGIRLS!!!!!! I finally was able to go and catch this movie last night. The movie theater was packed I mean packed, that my friend and I could not get our usual "VIP SEATS" all the way up top that is. My frustration went out the window when the movie started and right away with music and dancing numbers. Choregrapher Fatima Robinson started off the movie in a quartet female group singing on stage. I was glad to see she made a cameo in the movie. I will not spoil the movie AT ALL because I want you all to go see it if you have not already. I just have to say that I understand why Jennifer Hudson (Effie) is getting all the rave reviews. As you probably been hearing that once the song "And I am Telling You" comes on she gets applause's from the audience. Well last night was not different at all. We were all applauding and holding back tears. I do not want to say she stole the show because the whole cast is awesome and yes even Mrs. Beyonce (Deena). You forget that she is Beyonce, who also got a applause when the song "Listen" was performed. Anika Noni Rose (Lorrell), who to me is not getting ENOUGH Recognition was adorable as ever. She was so innocent and sweet in the movie. I hope she gets alot of upcoming roles. She was so innocent in the film it was believable. EDDIE MURPHY(James “Thunder” Early) to me stole the show. He is soooooo funny. Just hilarious. "Jimmy got Jimmy got Jimmy got SOULLLL!!.. Only the people who have seen the film will understand that one. The movie deserves all the accolades and recognition. Jamie Foxx(Curtis Taylor, Jr)"Step into the bad side" was so ruthless in the film, it was sooo different from who he is that i thought he should have also gotten nominated. I am so proud of this film I wish I was apart of it. Beyonce really did remind me of Diana Ross. Awesome Awesome Awesome Movie, five fingers and five thumbs up!!!!

Trina M tells MediaTakeOut.com that she and Jay Z broke up after having a nearly two year relationship. And according to her, Jay's been trying to get back with her ever since. Trina explains, "I still speak to him all the time ... I know his sisters and his mother, and even they come to me like 'you know [Jay Z] is trying to get back with you.'" This movie is about three soldiers who return home after a lengthy tour in Iraq, and find that re-entering "normal" life after the continued trauma of battle is not an easy task. Yesterday was the Spike TV's 2006 Video and Oblivion," a fantasy role-playing game, was the top winner at the Spike TV Video Game Awards in Los Angeles on Friday, taking home five prizes, including "Game of the Year" and "Most Addictive." The awards show will air on Spike TV, Dec. 13. I honestly am not a big game buff but after checking out the website for the game Oblivion it actually looks really good, so i can see why it won so many awards. Best Performance by a Human - Female: Vida Guerra in "Scarface: The World is Yours". Mrs. Vida is everywhere. She is very pretty but I am still not understanding her fame? The Pitts just recently arrived back from India where Angelina was shooting the movie A Mighty Heart about Mariane Pearl, wife of slain American Journalist Daniel Pearl. The couple are now back home where Brad is shooting his movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, about Benjamin (Pitt) that falls in love with a young woman (Cate Blanchett) and starts aging backwards. Can not wait for both of those movies. The cutest couple were in New York yesterday with the whole family looking sooo adorable.

According to Page Six, New York Post On November 22, 2006 Foxy gave an interview to Power 105.1 after morning hosts Egypt and Ashy. She was suppose to be on there to settle all the rumors of her getting booted from Def Jam Records and assualting a manicurist. After continuing to insist she was "signed to Jay," but refusing to explain further, the surly rapper finally erupted: "See, what people don't know is that I initiated leaving Def Jam.
